I was repairing my sorry butt in Darkshire last night and the armorer person had 3 different green items "of the whatever" for sale. When did that start? Or have I been blundering about with my Dwarven beer goggles on again? I then went to Theremore isle and the guy there is selling a level 17 "Flamberge of the dont buy this crap". I can only presume this is a new thing or for the Winterveil event? Or maybe the last patch and I have been too inebriated to notice? Highly possible
